Don&#8217;t decide immediately.<\/li>\n\n<li>Learn about the delivery conditions of the goods and any associated costs.<\/li>\n\n<li>Avoid making impulsive purchase decisions, especially in street sales, doorstep sales, over the phone, during tours, etc. It&#8217;s better to take time to think and seek advice.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>When receiving the product\/service:<\/strong><\/p><p>Check if the contract conditions align with your expectations.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Inspect the product upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n<li>Identify the document that serves as a warranty.<\/li>\n\n<li>Keep the invoice\/receipt, it&#8217;s necessary for potential exchanges or complaints.<\/li>\n\n<li>If the seller allows non-mandatory exchanges or returns (exchange\/return of non-defective goods), keep the supporting document and understand the conditions under which it can be done.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>When signing a contract:<\/strong><\/p><p>Ensure that what is written in the contract clauses is very clear to you, and do not sign documents without reading them carefully and understanding what you are signing. Request time for reflection and seek advice in case of doubt.<\/p><p>Be aware that in the case of a credit purchase, you might be signing more than one contract: one for the purchase and sale and another for credit, which sometimes appear in the same document.
